TV will not go to Full Screen in Windows 7 Media Center

I'm having an issue with Media Center in Windows 7 on my HTPC. I made some changes recently by upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate from Vista Ultimate and I chnaged from using the SVideo connection between the HTPC and the TV (42" LCD) to DVI out of the HTPV to HDMI in on the TV (TV does not have a DVI input). Now everything works super. Netflix, TV tunner / reception everything but I cannot get the TV to a full screen mode. I have tried different resolutions 1080, 720, 1024X1240, 600X800, etc... The resolution changes but within the same screen space. It goes from top to bottom but on the right and left there is black space and this only happens with Live TV and Recorded TV. Hope I've given enough data here. Any ideas?

When you're in live tv, right click and go to zoom, then choose zoom #3.
This can also be done via Media Center Remote w/ Zoom Function.

Also, update to the latest drivers for your card and make sure you've selected LCD in the options. You can also try playing w/ underscan/overscan.

Let us know if you need more help.

Perfect though #4 fits my screen better. I've done a right click a thousand times and never thought about going to the zoom. Thanks!
