Why in the video there is no DXVA support?

Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1280x688 23.98fps [English (Video 1)]
Audio: DTS 48000Hz 6ch [English (Audio 1)]

Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1280x534 23.98fps [English, Video: x264_L4.1 @ 6000 Kbps (Video 1)]
Audio: DTS 48000Hz 6ch [English, Audio: English DTS 5.1 @ 1509 Kbps (Audio 1)]
