Motion Interpolation on your video files
So I found this linked to on Lifehacker and decided to try it out. You have to download a codec pack and a couple plugins, but it boosts the framerates on your movies and tv shows from 24 frames per second to 48. It takes a minute to get used to, but it looks freaking awesome afterwards...much more natural, especially in action heavy scenes.
How to enable Motion Interpolation
Edit: Only seems to work on .avi files so far...
