Yes, search for MCE Standby Tool, this tool checks wether Mediacenter is idle or not, and tells Windows 7 to go to Sleep or Hibernate after x minutes of idle time, even if other services or programs keep the PC awake.
Also note that wireless mouses etc are notorious for keeping the PC awake (especially a Microsoft wireless mouse i have :-) )
