Hi I notice my Media Center is on all the time even thought I have set at the power plan to hibernate after 15 mins of inactivity. Any tips on how to troubleshoot this problem?

Yes, search for MCE Standby Tool, this tool checks wether Mediacenter is idle or not, and tells Win7 to go to Sleep or Hibernate after x minutes of idle time, even if other services or programs keep the PC awake.

Also note that wireless mouses etc are notorious for keeping the PC awake (especially a Microsoft wireless mouse i have :-) )
