Well they had me remove the sky player software and re-install it several times with no joy. Then asked me my system specs and he went Ah thats your problem, Its WMC not working right so I asked how did you come up with that well for a start you need to resolve your WMC problem with Microsoft 1st and then reinstall Sky Player and it will then work, ok I saidbut what did I tell you made you say it's WMC at fault please. Well our sky player only works on a 32bit system and not a 64bit so you need the 32bit WMC, sorry boss I told him but thats a load of BS, what do you mean by that , well prior to your software upgrade it worked great, no it never as it can't on a 64 bit system um ok if you say so but can you please tell me why I have no problem with the player and WMC working ok on my laptop which in fact is also 64bit, nope he said not happening sorry.
So I told him you really have no idea about this problem do you?????
Then I get "Hello can you hear me" " Hello this is a very bad line, hello oh I've lost now"
Make of that what you want
