You are aware that many scientists say that the Earth's magnetic fields are going to reverse in the future. I'm just glad you figured out a way to keep that from happening sooner. But, fortunately for me, when I build a computer, that's the way I always install my hard drives. That's just part of my OCD, not because I knew that made mine right in Disk management, well right until I replace one. I am just happy to know now, that my OCD serves some good purpose other than simply driving me nuts.
 

Knowing the reasons does not help folks like us. You know that I had to spend the time to get the hard disk in my own system with the little red piece of electrical tape on it marked "A" to be Disk 0!
Not doing that would cause the earth's magnetic field to reverse itself.
