| | Problem with Search in OUTLOOK 2010 I am running Office 2010 Professional (32-bit) on Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit). I have no trouble arranging files (eg Inbox) by Date, To, etc. but any search always reports "no matches found". I have read all the previous posts on Outlook Search but nothing seems to help me. CP Programs and Features shows a single entry for Microsoft Office Professional 2010 so I can't uninstall just Outlook. I have tried Repair but that made no difference. I would welcome any advice or suggestions. Thanks. |

| | Microsoft Support helped in the solving of this problem. In retrospect it may have been solved by running SCANpst.exe on the Outlook Data file. SCANpst.exe is found in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 14\ or in Program Files (x86)\... if using 64 bit Windows 7. I hope this helps someone else with an Outlook problem. |
