Windows 7: office and internet

Man i have alot problems with this

1st my MS office 2010 cant register over the internet, i have to register over the phone, btw i have the internet and i have register over the net with vista and xp.

next i cant use the templates from MS WORD its say i cant connection to Office.com

that is BS i have the internet and its running find.

Also i cant use my MS OUTLOOK, i tried it on my other computers that have office 2007 and 2003, i use POP3 i know the incomming and outgoing server

when i use this it says cant connect the incomming and outgoings email servers.

any of you guys have the problem

I had to download the connector to get mine to work properly.

how about about the msword ??

i thought the connector was only for hotmail stuff.

its odd on how MS would release a software where you have to pay 350 for it and have to download other software to make it work.

just to let you know i have found the problem, it was norton anti virus,
believe it or not i could not even access it to change the dam settings or uninstall it, i had to get another software to remove it.
once it was gone, i could do everything

somtimes norton you are more of a pain then help.
avast antivirus here i come.

Why not use the Microsoft dedicated one, MSE IS THE BEST FREEBIE THERE IS.
