    Office 2010 Program Paths?

Where are the Office programs' exe files found? I cannot find them in 2010?
I check the Office program shortcuts and they look like this:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\Virtualization Handler\CVH.EXE" "Microsoft Excel 2010 9014006204090000"

Which doesn't work when I insert that in "add" to the programs in Setpoint (Logitech's software for VX Revolution mouse)

    office 2010 exe locations

None of the responses I can find on this forum have shown me the correct path to the office2010 executables. I have looked in c:\program files\microsoft office\office14 and there are no executables there. Looking at properties in the start menu shows the target as microsoft office single image 2010. what on earth is that?

I've checked C:\Windows\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 14 and everything is where it should be.

Are you using MS Office 32-bit or MS Office 64-bit and where did you get it from?

You can also use the Task Manager "Image Path Name" column to see where the executable is.

It's interesting the properties for Office 2010 64bit are quite different (for me)...

Boohbah's link is for Office 2007 so it will look different.

I have Office 2010 and the Properties screenshot you posted is exactly the same as my Properties window.

it looks the same on my desktop too, previous post was from wifes lappy.
it seems the open file location is greyed out in office 2010 x64.
