Multiple Window Icons In Taskbar

Like any other program, when I have multiple windows of word open, there will be the word icon in my taskbar, with however many cascading boxes to the side. Even if I have just two documents open, I prefer to keep them full screen and not tiled. So in order to switch from one document to the next I have to move my mouse to the word icon (wait a half second) and click on which ever one I want to see. My question is, is it possible to choose an option that would cause separate word documents to show up as separate icons in my taskbar? I would also like to do this for adobe reader since I often will have multiple documents open in that. Lastly I don't want to change a setting that would affect all programs, such as chrome. Thank you

I don't want to combine my windows, but when i have only one window open in any program, i know what it is and don't need to see the label as that makes the whole taskbar filled up pretty fast. Is there a way to hide labels when there is one window open, and show labels when having multiple...

Taskbar icons disappearing when window is moved off screen?
Recently with items pinned to my Quickbar, when a window is open and moved off screen the quick-launch shortcut is removed (so that when you hover over the quickbar icon, nothing displays). Normally you can always see the "shortcut" display of any window of that type open. In my opinion this is...

I'm not sure how to word what it is I'm wanting to do... Does anyone know if Windows has provided a way to cause the taskbar icons to take you back to the last viewed window when you click on the icon instead of having to look through all the previews? If it's not available, is there some...
