Unable to Saving documents in Word
Cannot save documents in Word on Windows 7 - all other prorams allow me to save, ie. Excel, Publisher, Power point. Can you help?

Heidi, have you tried all the different methods of saving documents in Word, including clicking on File, Save As, and instead of trying to save documents via the File link, clicking on the Windows orb in the upper-left corner of the screen and there, clicking the Save or Save As buttons?
Also, you might want to go into your Word Options, first to the Save section, and see whether your settings are what you want. Then go to the Advanced section and scroll way down to the Save section to see if changing some of those options would make a difference.
When you're finished, don't forget to go all the way down to the bottom of the screen to either make the changes to just that document or to all future documents based on that template.
Thanks for trying, but unfortunately this fix didn't work. I think we're going to need a telephone number and a live person who can talk us through this. Does Microsoft have a help line we could access?

New file created in Windows 7, which is the version of word I have. Hoipe you can help & thanks.
