Outlook 2010 Pro- In Inbox view- How do I have Sender Name on top

Hi,

On Email Inbox view in Outlook 2010- each email received I see the subject heading on

top of the sender name.

How can I switch it to have sender name on top of subject heading?

FYI- My sent items have it the right way with name on top then subject at the bottom.

Thanks

K
