| | MS Outlook won't install on one account only Hi I have MS Office 2000 installed on my Windows 7 desktop and all the programs work fine except for outlook. Outlook on my wife's user account is ok and no problems but on my (administrator) account, every time I try to open the program I get the pop up message "Do you want the following programme from an unspecified publisher to make changes to this computer" - almost as if it is trying to run the progrram from new instead of from an installed version??. When I click yes it tells me it can't find the pst file and do I want to create a new one, when I try to do that it says that the messaging interface has encountered an unknown error and I should restart outlook (and exactly the same thing happens). I have tried repairing the installation with the original CD but this doesn't change this issue anyone with any ideas? Thanks |
