How to show horiz.ruler+margins at the top of an doc in Word 2007?

In Word 2003 there was a horizontal ruler at the top of each document with margin indicatores which could be dragged.

How can I tell Word 2007 to show the same ruler and draggable margin markers as well?

Theres a nice tut series on ruler and margins in word 2007.

The Ruler: Margins and Indents and Tabs in Word 2007, Part 1 | Coffee Break Computer

Parts 2,3 and 4 are linked on that page.

Otherwise, in word 2007, just click on the View tab at the top and check the box "Ruler".
