MS Word 2002 Icon Display Problem on Task bar

Hi All,

I have a problem with a problem with the icon displayed for MS Word 2002 document on task bar.

Please see the following screenshot.


Do anyone know why I have a generic icon displayed for my MS Word document on taskbar? If so, anyone know how to fix it?
