    How do i deactivate Office 2010 so that i can move it to a new laptop.

    Is this your own laptop?

    If it is then you are licensed (full retail) for one desktop and one laptop under the terms of the eula

    Yes, It's a new laptop, my old one is on the blink.
    I thought i might have to deactivate and then reactivate on the new machine.
