| | Being the only email client you have installed does not automatically mean it is chosen as default client. I had reason to ask you to check this. I've seen cases where for instance using Opera Mail (in Opera Browser) has changed the default client. |

| | Has anyone solved this issue yet? I am experiencing the same thing. I have "Send to Mail Recipient" in the WORD Quick Access Tool Bar, but when I click it, nothing happens. (It works fine in my older computer with Windows 2003) |

| | Funky? I have had trouble in the past with this. I tried the suggestions in post 5. It worked, but the window that come up to select the recepient seemed to freeze at first and did not respond to selecting an addressee. I called up task manager and it said it was running. Soooo I waited. The window finally became active after 15 or 20 seconds and would respond. |
