Excel 2010 Auto Refresh Problem

Hi,

I am currently trying to create an excel document that will utilise the stock levels on our website and update in real time as I'm creating a map of our warehouse and racking that will allow anyone to find out where a certain product is and how much stock there is of said product.
I have set up an auto refresh system that will keep the stock levels correct already and that's fine. The problem is that our website admin section, where the excel file gets the stock levels from, requires a username and password to access. I can login intially through excel but once I close the excel file and reopen it, it logs out and therefore no longer has access to the stock levels. When I click refresh all the information disappears and is replaced by the boxes that say 'Username' and 'Password.' Is there any way that I can get excel to stay logged into our website so that it can always access the information it requires?

Thanks for any help.
