Here is a quick Tutorial.
If you have more than 1 partition or better yet, other drive, try to get used to keeping critical data out of the usual :\Users\<Username>\Documents etc.
Create a folder and name it Your 'name' Docs (EX. Zardoc docs). Do the same for Music, Pictures, Videos, Favourites, Contacts, Live Mail, PST, Office DOT, DOTX, Ribbon officeUI (2010) or QAT (2007), Fonts, Signatures, Themes, Stationery.
Then you can either redirect or copy and paste saved files.
