Office 2003 Excel training video?

I want to find a video - tuition so I can refresh how to use 2003 Excel, I have been told about the MS tutorial, but are there any videos that talk you through it?
Or anyone found a good source to learn from?

there are a lot on youtube - search for 'excel 2003 tutorial'.

i haven't looked at any myself - i'm sure they will be of mixed quality.
