I dont really know if that key is the problem...
its office key, under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT, it has no values, has one subkey named COMMON, also without values. can not remove either and can not(or not know how to) change permissions...stuck!

Dont get it, as lon as I keep trying to change permissions it just keeps adding subkeys!!!now it looks like this:

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Common\SmartTag\Actions\{B7EFF951-E52F-45CC-9EF7-57124F2177CC}
I give up!
