Hi,

OK. Well it seems straightforward, you haven't fully un-installed any pre-release version of Office.

Please post a screen capture of Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features so we can see if the pre-release has uninstalled succesfully.

Golden

Hi,

Sorry, I'm at a loss for what the issue could be. Do you still have any Office related folders on your PC?

Golden

I see from your Programs list that you have Revo Uninstaller pro installed; just run it and force the uninstall of office, you'll be probably be then OK

I found also a post here in the forum, I quote it here USE IT WITH CAUTION!!!!:
Quote:
...finally i came accros manual fix using regedit on
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Uninstall

it consist of several key consist of alphabet and numbers, i just scroll down until i found the one that i want to delete which is Office 2010.

look again on add, remove list and its gone and i can install new office again.YAY!!

THIS ALSO WORK WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS WHICH CANT BE UNINSTALL COMPLETELY OR REMAIN ON ADD/REMOVE LIST

CAUTION: i just sharing the info, don't do it if you unsure about it but so far it works on mine. Im not responsible for anything happens ,with all due respect.
