Windows 7 - cant open link in outlook 2007

| | cant open link in outlook 2007 unable to open link in outlook 2007. i get the error that "the operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer." I checked through control panel and it shows that i am an admin, however when I right click my computer and choose manage local users and groups, click groups, and see what groups i belong to admin does NOT show up. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! |

| | This is usually caused by uninstalling Chrome... Have you recently uninstalled Chrome by chance? If so, the only solution I've seen is to re-install Chrome even if you're not going to use it... Sedril |
