Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 problem when using Microsoft Office

When I sent a message and when I was using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, I had an option that enabled me to add a photo following or preceding my text. This option enabled me to put a photo in the text area and place text under or above the photo explaining the photo. I am now running Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 using Windows Home Premium 64 bit and I cannot find this option. If this is no longer an option, how can I place a photo in the text area and then follow with text explaining the photo? If this is not possible, I guess this new version is a downgrade!
Thanks in advance and I will appreciate an answer.

    +1, good reply :)

Getting used to the ribbon bar can be a bit daunting for users of Office 2003 and older but once you get used to it it's actually not a bad feature at all

Be aware of a possible bug using tight text wrapping around the inserted image or clip art in both Outlook 2007 and 2010:

Irene, I clicked on the URL "Insert a picture or clip art - Outlook - Microsoft Office" and I followed their directions. The "Insert" option that I previously tried before, once again did not work for me.
I uninstalled the complete program and reinstalled it from my purchased disk and now it works just fine. Somehow the first install did not go as programmed. Thanks again to all for the help.
