    Outlook 2007 quit working

I have configured Outlook to use 4 email addresses, two hotmails and two aol accounts; it was working fine, but lately I had to reboot the computer for the program to send or receive emails. Now, not even doing that works. It gets stuck on send/ receive

    Which anti-virus are you using?
Scanning outgoing mail can make the send/receive function 'hang'.

You could try running the Office Diagnostics to see if it finds and problems to correct:
From the toolbar, select Help > Office Dianostics > follow the on-screen prompts.

    Thank you for your repply!
I am using Norton 360, and I disabled the antivirus to check emails I send or receive, and now Outlook is working fine! Thanks for the suggestion! :)

    Excellent news!

If you can independently control the scans for incoming and outgoing, it would be good to retain the incoming scan.
