The situation was clarified. The issue is the following, Atlantic Canada Time Zone change its behavior after March 13, daylight saving time, althouth DST is not checked. In summary, for those that live in Puerto Rico, please use the Time Zone: San Juan, Manau, La Paz, that was not recalculated.

    That is good news, roclog.
From which source did you establish the outcome?

First, I reviewed online documentations published by Microsoft that says that many Time Zone were recalculated considering this year daylight saving time. Second, I executed the following steps to test Atlnatic Canada Behavior:
    1. Change pc time to a date before March 13, 2011, when daylight saving time started
    2. Set Time Zone to Atlantic Canada, DST was NOT checked in W7 and
make sure that Office 2010 had same configuration
    3. Disconnect this pc from the network
    4. reboot pc
    5. Create an appointment to any date before March 13, 2011
Results: date and time NEVER move hours working as expected
    6. Create an appointment to any date after March 13, 2011
Results: The time changed one hour before.
When I did the same test using Time Zone : San Juan, Manau, La Paz that was not changed becuase it was not affected by daylight, EVERYTHING works well. As a matter of fact, wihen you list Time Zones, this one mention that it was not affected by daylight saving time.
