    (re)install office

    Hey guys,

Is there a special procedure that I need to follow inorder to remove Office 2010 from one machine and install it on another (using the same Key).

    Best,

Eamon, It all depends on what version of Office you have. OEM copies are not for installation on any other machine. If it is the student/teacher version, then some copies allow up to 3 installs, some only one.

If you bought the commercial box version, then I believe that you can uninstall it from one machine and re-install on another machine. I am not 100% sure but I do know that the box version of some products allow uninstall and then re-install as long as you have removed it from the old machine.

There is nothing you need to do special other than reinstall. see this site for info on finding your key. I t works for 2010 as well.
