Problem With Rules - Outlook 2003

I have spring break all of this week, so I decided to take the time to organize a few things, including my cluttered inbox in Microsoft Outlook 2003. To do this, I've set up a bunch of folders, one for example being Games. To get my game-related e-mails into that folder, I create rules for the e-mails that come through my inbox and tell them to go directly to the Games folder.

Now, if it helps, I'll include the process I go through for every game e-mail. I get a lot of e-mails from IGN so I'll use them as an example. I right click on the e-mail from IGN, click "Create Rule," check both the "From IGN" and "Move to e-mail folder: Games" boxes, go to Advanced Options, uncheck the "on this machine only" rule, click next until it gets to the last screen, make sure "Turn on this rule" is checked, check "Run this rule now on messages already in 'Inbox'," then click finish and let it move all of the e-mails from IGN in my Inbox to the Games folder. This brings me to the problem I'm having.

After I've done all of that, all new IGN e-mails, even when they have the same exact e-mail address, come right back into my Inbox. I have three IGN rules created, and yet, this happens every time I get an e-mail from IGN. I have, like, 7 rules running for Facebook emails, too, and it does the same thing. What am I doing wrong?

Help with the matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Actually, I did all of that before I read the page, as I had a friend who uses Microsoft Outlook often help me with the rules and such. I also went through the process I go through to make the rules in the second paragraph of my first post. Just in case I messed up somewhere, though, I followed all of the instructions in your link, sent another e-mail through the same e-mail I created a rule for, and it still came in my inbox instead of the folder I specified it to go in. Sorry for the confusion, though I appreciate any response.
