Just one
Too many to count. Different roles and personas on multiple domains through POP. I also use Outlook as the client for my accounts driven by Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail engines. I like using one client to send/receive all my email from one place rather than having to use Yahoo web client, then Gmail web client, then Hotmail web client, etc. I just create separate folders for each account, and use Rules to have Outlook automatically place my inbound emails in the proper folders, so I can easily see which account the mail came in on.
zero - i don't use outlook (even though i can) as it doesn't display html mail properly, using the word rendering engine, and not ie/trident.
my fave client is still windows live mail 2009, where i've currently got three accounts.
I have about 12 different email accounts, I use outlook but prefer Eudora.
I have only 4 on my iPad but I have all 12 on my iPhone.
Keeps me on top of things but I do get a lot of spam having been on newsgroups since the mid 80's

I use Outlook only to open older PST files from my former employment. My personal email accounts, five of them, are in Evolution which I have been using for about ten years.

Just my one personal pop3 account though my ISP.
I don't use Outlook. I use WLM 2011 with two accounts from my ISP. One is for banking, credit cards and my important things. Another is for personal contacts and also a Yahoo for junk signups but I access it through Web mail.
