    Microsoft Outlook 2010


    I cannot open Outlook 2010. I get the following message:
    Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.ost is not an outlook data file (.ost) What does this mean? How can it be corrected

    Rename the .ost portion to .pst and try to reopen it.

I had to reintall Windows 7 and now all Microsoft Outlook 2010 data and everything else is gone. How do I setup Outlook the way it was before with the old .pst files?
I am not sure if this is an Outlook problem or Google Maps problem. Currently I am trying to add a hyperlink to my email signature for google maps. I have the direct link from google maps, but it seems everytime I enter it into Outlook it strips the link and brings me to the google maps...
