How to re enable Microsoft Office 2010 updates?

Hi!
Currently my Office 2010 package disable updates, but now i want get Microsoft Office 2010 updates? How do i do it?

My updates arrive with the Microsoft automatic update process:

Go to the Control Panel - 'Windows Update' - select 'Change Settings' from the menu on the left. From the drop-down menu, select 'Install Updates Automatically'.

My windows update center show this error. So how do i fix it?

Are you logged in using an Administrator account?

Are you logged on as an Administrator or just a standard user?

You may need to enable the Built-In Admin Account in order to change those settings.

I log-in Administrator account.
Note-Accidentally i have disable Office Update when i start MS office 2010 at first time. Because of my system stuck.

Hmm, try this...

Click and type Services then click "Services" when it appears. Scroll down to Windows Update and see if the service is Started

Go back to Update Settings and look for Microsoft Update setting.
