    Office 2010 installation problems

After installing office [did it a few times one from dvd and another extracted to folder]... after installing when restart it says Office 2010 has stopped working. When trying to install from folder it says Microsoft Bootstrap manager or something has stopped working. What can I do? This is all a clean install with no previous office on a brand new PC with nothing inside.... when it did not worked I reimage windows 7 back [pristine format with nothing on] and tried folder method. Both did not work

    Hi there,

Is this a new install or you had a previous version on this PC before ? When you try to open Outlook or Word you get that error message or all of them ?

None of them runs after installed... even though it installed successfully. Do I need to do something before first??

Go to Start under search type in Event Viewer and check for errors.

No it is a blank PC drive just formatted and installed Windows 7 64 Bit and no previous MS Office version from Newegg.com. U pay so much money and get this BS. Apple does not have this problem at all.
