| Windows 7 39 posts | Outlook-Mail Profile Created Newer Version of Outlook..How to fix? I had Office 2010 installed temporarily a WHILE ago. I have had 2007 installed for a while again..suddenly I started getting the error message that Outlook profile was created with a newer version of Outlook. I have tried everything to get this fixed..with no luck.. Here is what I have done: 1. Deleted mail folder. Made new mail profile in Windows and in Outlook. Didn't change anything despite losing messages. I created "new" mail profile for 2007, and it is still telling me profile was created in Newer Version 2. I totally deleted and reinstalled Office..still getting error message.. This is driving me crazy. It's not a big deal-Outlook still works. It is just bugging me.. Any assistance is appreciated. I thought I had tried everything.  |
