I was watching this tut on youtube YouTube - ‪How to Convert Image to Text (OCR) with Office 2007‬‏ and want to know if 2010 can? I have office 2020 pro plus windows 7 professional and i don't see the same option this person chooses in office 2010. Can it do it?

I don't think you can do it with Word 2010 but you can certainly do it with OneNote 2010

I'm not sure. I don't have that issue with send to oneNote. Do you have OneNote in your startup? It creates a process for its quick launcher and also a tray icon. You could also try opening OneNote before doing the send to.

Once you have the picture right click on it and chose text from picture. Then click where you want the text and past it. I probably confused you by re-showing the copy dialog after I had done the paste.
