Can you make onenote ribbon always appear on opening?

Can you make onenote ribbon always appear on opening? instead of having to ask to see it with the little down arrow. I have office 2010 pro plus windows 7 pro. It really annoys me having to click the arrow all the time.

I don't think so. See # 2 in this Microsoft blog.

The Microsoft Office Blog

It sounds like the ribbon will remain visible only for the current session and that arrow/chevron thingy has to be clicked for each new session.

Also found this for customizing the ribbon:

Customize the ribbon - OneNote - Office.com

Sorry for typing over you. I added another link for ribbon customization. And a second "I'm sorry" for not being familiar with 2007.

Opening OneNote
I don't think there's a hotkey (Like Win+N) to open the actual program, OneNote. I'm not sure if this is in the right section, but if there isn't a hotkey to open the full program (not a sidenote or whatever), is there something I can do so if I press something like Win+Q etc it'd open the program?...

Why does iTunes make a noise upon opening?
Every time I open iTunes in Windows 7 Professional, I get an annoying beeping sound as it opens, and it does so twice. Even after I turn off sounds in Control Panel, I still get this sound. Any ideas why, or how to fix this?
