Yes --think it only works for 32 bit --here's the answer from MS

pfbackup.exe Setup not Allowed for Outlook 2010 x64 - Microsoft Answers

Sorry about that -- I'm still using the 32 bit version of office 2010.

for office 2010 you need to do this (32 bit version)
