PST files
Using MS Office 2007 SP2. When searching for my pst files using Windows7 search they are not found Why? How do I find them. I think I preferred XP search, at least it gave me the file paths!

Hi,
Mmm. Using the search in Explorer finds every PST on my PC using .pst as the search criteria.
Try the following:
1. Click the Start Orb, and in the search box type .pst
2. In the list that appears, right-click on your PST file and choose the Open file location option.
Windows Explorer will open in the location of the PST.
Perhaps your drives aren't indexed?

One reason for not showing the .pst files is that you probably have system and hidden files to not show in folder options.
Go to control panel and view all, select folder options and the second tab
will allow you to uncheck the hide system and hidden files, while your at it you might want to uncheck the "hide file extensions of known types" so that all the files that you look at in windows explorer will show up true as to file extensions.
Then you can find where your .pst files are located.
