    MS Office 2010 on dual-boot???

I have a laptop HP and want to install a single genuine copy of MS office 2010 on a dual boot.

I already installed MS office 2010 on my drive C which is Win7 Home premium.

I installed Windows 7 Professional on drive D and want to install the same MS office 2010 copy I used on drive C.

    all are running on x64

Is is the licensing going to be a problem?

    TY

You need 2 licenses to do what you want.
