Easier Way? Current:Exporting Data to Excel, General Template.

Could someone instruct me on how I could possibly throw data that is exported from our online database, straight into a template? Or better yet, an easier way?

We have an online database for our company and every time we need something (mult. times a week) our staff members are having to go through the many annoying steps of exporting the info into Excel, then mail merge it into Word, then design layout, then format it the way we need it and of course, throw our logo and a title on the top. <--that is a LOT to ask of staff [that some barely even know how to open programs on a computer], each and every day!!

I've created templates for them to auto import the CSV files into, but the many many events, etc. we do means different formatting each time, etc.

Please tell me there is an easier way?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
