1st, Is this your own machine or a company machine?
2nd What model of computer do you have?
3rd, Normally, you can put the office 2010 disk in the cd/dvd drive and then
it will come up with a screen. you can x out that screen and go to my computer
select your cd/dvd drive. Then open the disk, select setup and run as administrator. This should take care of the permissions. (unless you don't have the administrator password or permissions)
