Windows 7: Excel 2003 Errors w/Win7 Ultimate 64bit? Is there a fix?

I was hoping this was just me making Excel formulae mistakes, but it isn't.
I run office pro 2003 on my daily driver Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, and Excel is not coherent.
It works, but makes mathematical mistakes

.... lots of them and so far I have not found a pattern.

anyone familiar with this? I did some searchwork but got everything but simple math errors..

I did see that one and it may be the issue, though one would have thought it long ago corrected. all my stuff is up to date. but where I spotted the issue yesterday was indeed in a spreadsheet with hot links, and its definitely not doing even simple math right. unreal.

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
