    Problem with Picture Manager

Within the last three days, I get an occasional problem right clicking on a .jpg photo. I would like to open the photo in Nikon NX2 or Photoshop but the screen locks up. The only way to resume is do a reboot. It seems to do this about twice a day on my Dell XPS 64 bit machine. Any ideas?

Inconsistent problems are always tricky to pin down.

A quick search has not revealed anything obvious. However, I wonder if it might be caused by interference from an anti-virus program? Which AV are you using?

    Problem with Picture Manager

We're thinking along the same lines. To answer your question, I run AVG's antivirus program. Yesterday, I uninstalled/reinstalled the AVG program and that didn't help. Last night, I found an installed malware (Malwarebytes) program that wouldn't start properly so I uninstalled/reinstalled it. So far, Picture Manager is working fine.

    Maybe . . . . .

By golly, I think we've done it now! I've used Picture Manager all morning developing a PowerPoint presentation and have had no problems at all. Now, if I can just figure out how to correct the stock market from this latest slide . . . .
