| | "Fatal error" when attempting to open any saved*.xml file I have WIN 7 64-bit with MS Excel 2003 and , recently , whenever I attempt to open any saved *.xml file I get a message saying initially that Windows " ...is attempting to initialise MS Excel.... " . This is then followed by a dialogue box stating that Excel has "....experienced a Fatal error ...." However , if these files are opened inside the Excel 2003 Application , they then open normally. Can anyone suggest why this should now be occurring and what must be done to rectify it. |
