Windows 7 - Outlook 2007 crashing on running (Safe Mode appears ok)

Issue with Microsoft Office and Outlook only running in safe mode or configuring on each initiation of any MS program. Whilst the usual uninstall process and repair failed I managed to find the MS removal tool for MS Office 2007. All done.

Issue with Microsoft Office 2007 ultimate outlook only running in safe mode as crashes immediately in normal mode. When starting Word windows would report configuring on each initiation this has now gone.

Solution : None yet. After uninstall rebooted ran glarys utilities to clean.

Reinstalled outlook and same issue. Will only run in safe mode. On reinstall I noticed the program was looking for Archive.pst on my d drive which is where I try and have data downloads and other temp files stored as master is SSD (c primary drive).

Please help.

Work to the point of selecting profile then crashes, again safe mode is fine.

Unforunately I have not been able to resolve this issue and have reinstalled windows due to other, possibly related, issues.

What I suspect is that I did delete/modify some of the pst files which I believe had something to do with this.
