Office7 Regional & Language\Measurement Setting & Excel2010 Ruler unit

Hi

Does anyone know whether Excel 2010's ruler units are in any way affected by/set by Window 7's Regional and Language, Measurement Settings?

Hi Heather

Your answer is likely to be in here:
Change the default date, time, number or measurement format - Support - Office.com

I just noticed that the link above does not include Windows 7 - sorry!

Perhaps this will help:
Change the display of dates, times, currency, and measurements
