Windows 7 Pro x86/Outlook 2007 and iPhone4GS syncing

There is a post Windows 7 - Compatibility: Windows 7 Pro X 64 and Outlook 2007 and iPhone4 sync which says that combination works. My first question is with how many computers does that combination work.

I had a lot of difficulty in syncing Windows 7, Outlook 2007 with iPhone4.

I have two Windows 7 Pro 32 bit computers and iPhone 4GS. There is no Microsoft exchange. I have found I can not sync the iPhone 4G using MobileMe with 2 computers and can not sync the iPhone 4GS with iCloud with two computers. What those combinations do is create extra calendars instead of syncing. Can someone tell me if iTunes can be used to allow syncing of the Outlook 2007 contacts and calendar with iPhone 4GS with two computers?

Can someone tell me how to remove the extra calendars created by MobileMe and iCloud?
