and i have to restart my pc again always when ever it happens

    it is really stressing me
and by the way it is a new laptop
to test if CTRL is hanging:
click on some icon on desktop. Press c, then press v
if ctrl is hanging it performs ctrl-c ctrl-v so copy paste. Does a new file appear on desktop?

no it is not then what do u think the problem is? it is not copying any file i did like what i said it is not i do not think so it is the ctrl

i restored my pc also to the first day and it is still the same
what do u think is the problem

i also uninstalled ms word and installed it again still same problem
no viruse i scanned for virus

it is really stressing me out

Attach another keyboard (temporary). So you can prove it's not a ctrl-key issue
