Hi, I'm trying to install NeatScan to Office. When I run the setup.exe, it says it's extracting to Office.msi then gives an error, "Office version 2003 or higher must be installed to use NeatScan to Office."
I've tried running it in compatibility modes (tried several) & nothing works.
That is something inside NeatScan and most likely can be fixed only by developers.

If you have the same version it does not support either Windows 7 nor Office 2010.
What versions are you using?
Have you contacted customer support?
I am using Windows 7 & Office 2010, & I think my Neat is an earlier version. I will contact support - I saw that this product was discontinued so didn't think they could help but I'll try. Thanks for the response.
