Outlook 2007 "Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working"

I'm getting: "A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". This happens within minutes of starting Outlook (in the non-safe mode)

Outlook works in safe mode.
I cannot turn off the addins.... see attached
Also attached is a snapshot from the event viewer...
Thoughts???
Thank you

Running Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64 bit) SP1
Computer: Dell XPS 435T/9000
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007

since when are you getting this error. have you tried a repair install from control panel >add/remove programs. you can also let this tool "microsoft office diagnostics" check for errors & fixes.

About a week ago, my computer crashed with a BSOD.. there was a TCPIP issue that I was trying to track down when Outlook started to not work anymore...
1) As suggested, I just ran Microsoft Office Diagnostics with the result of 0 errors
2) I was also reading about "sfc /scannow" and have now run that 4 times... i get "Windows Resource Protection" found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.... details are included in the CBS.log .... I went into the log file and couldn't figure out anything.... I could upload it, but its pretty long

I have completely un-installed Office and re-installed.... same issue remains....
In addition, my Dell came with Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64 bit) SP1 ... which doesn't have a repair feature....
