Changed Font Name Caused Corruption of Font Directory

I am trying to put some new fonts on the system for my son's project. I had one called Celtic and was trying to get another one also called Celtic. In the properties I changed the installed Celtic to Celtic Bold and then installed the new Celtic font.

Word 2003 (yes I know) then said I had memory errors with the font. The new Celtic font has not been installed and the old one cannot be seen in the font directory to change the name back.

Any suggestions how to clean it up

Thanks
